🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do!


↺ Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — but be quick! You have 12 hours after placing your order to request any changes or a cancellation. Once it’s been packed or shipped, we won’t be able to intercept it.

⏳ When will my order be processed?

Orders are packed and dispatched Monday to Friday.
Most orders ship within 1–2 working days from the time of purchase.


🚚 How long does delivery take?

US Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days (please leave time for dispatch also).
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our hands.


📦 What if I don't receive my order?

If it’s been more than 7 business days since your order shipped and it hasn’t arrived, contact us at info@tryluvera.com
We’ll investigate and make sure you’re not left in the dark.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
If TagLift™ doesn’t work for you, we’ll give you a full refund — no hassle.

To be eligible:

  • Products must be returned in original packaging

  • Email us at returns@tryluvera.com to start the return

⚠️ My item arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?

We’re so sorry! Email us within 7 days with your order number and a clear photo.
We’ll replace or refund the item quickly.

This keeps things simple and quick.


🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If you’re in the EU, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.


💸 How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll confirm approval by email

  • Refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
